I hope that one day will come when I will be able to name guitar chords with their real names. 
Until that let G(+d) denote the G chord with added "d" on the 2nd string (3rd fret), then D(+a) 
is to denote D with added "a" on the 1st string (5th fret), and G7(-1) - G7 chord with 1st string 
open, OK?

doctored brains celebrate and everyone waves their chains...
It's a pity they're all mad.

The Institute of Mental Health
spontaneously killed itself.
